Cancellation Policy
To prevent incurring a cancellation fee, we respectfully request that you either reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that all sales are final. To avoid a service charge, it is essential to reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made on the same day will result in the full charge of the scheduled service. Individuals who do not show up will not be allowed to book another appointment. Additionally, K Blooms provides a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; any lateness beyond this will be considered a last-minute cancellation, incurring a fee. If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be assumed that you will not be attending, and your appointment will be canceled.
